THE TEQUE CHALLENGE


Yum! Brands’ KFC UK approached Teque to scope a new Web Application. The application needed to allow team members to self-assess against a set of benchmarks so managers could refer to the results and make any changes needed.

Through various ‘discovery sessions’, we spent time refining the project scope in great detail, identifying KFC’s primary and secondary objectives.

Working together as close partners, Teque were able to communicate a clear idea of the delivery pathway, ensuring our client had complete confidence in the collective vision.

Teque’s global HR tool solved the knowledge and expertise gaps within KFC’s Supply Chain teams.

Improving the communication and workflow of the internal teams; managers were able to gain real-time insight at a global scale, and move talent where it was most needed.
