We built the engine to a simple test: before you trust an AI decision, you should be able to see it, prove it, and stop it. See it: every model call is traced end to end, so you can watch the real path a decision took rather than a reconstruction. Prove it: any match can be replayed from its actual inputs, a dedicated explanation step puts the strengths and gaps behind each ranking into plain language, and a nightly build-blocking evaluation catches quality drift before it reaches a candidate. Stop it: the recruiter is always the decision-maker, the AI ranks and explains but never hires or rejects on its own, and per-pipeline kill switches can take any part of it offline mid-flight. The data itself is de-identified before it reaches a model, stored securely, and never sold or shared. The result is a system that is bounded and inspectable by design, not a black box.
